Jessy Lindsay is a young upcoming singer/songwriter from Ottawa, Ontario. In both French and English, she touches various audiences with her unique voice and honest lyrics. She accompanies herself on the piano and guitar and attends De La Salle High School in the vocal program. Mentored by Tara Shannon, owner of WS Records, Jessy writes folk/pop songs that show maturity beyond her years. In August 2016, she released a single, “It’ll Be Mine.” The song was a semi-finalist in the teen category of the 2016 International Songwriting Competition. In summer 2017, her band "Horizon" won the gold medal in the music catagory at the Franco-Canadien Games in Moncton, NB. In august 2017, Jessy participated in the show Jamais Trop Tôt at the “Festival international de la chanson de Granby“. Jessy has always had a passion for music and she loves nothing more than to share it with others.
